Then you need to decide for yourself how much your health matters. You are the only person who can take the steps to improve your health, your well being and awareness. I am grateful for there is always truth and the power of choice for each person to decide what is best for them. For me, it all comes down to conscious choice and the acquired knowledge, as knowledge is power and it sparks our wise being and gives a jump-start to the activist within. We take in what resonates with us and pass the rest on, respectfully.
Truth is always out there, for us to recognize and claim IT when we are ready. It is unique and individual to each one of us, for us to create our own reality and take action at some point. Sometimes the desire to take action comes with certain awakening and realization which could come in the form of a documentary, a true story, or an article which says; "Wake up and smell the coffee!" This could be that moment for some of you, if you are not already here.
