On this blog I would like to share with you natural health products, natural remedies, scientific miracles, healing modalities, spiritual wisdom and creativity that have touched my life and inspired me, including music. But first is first! Today, I would like to talk about an amazingly powerful, natural, vibrational and intelligent health supplement I have recently discovered and have been gifted with (Thank you Marta, Jazzie and Angelyn!) called: Xtra Ageless Cell Renewal.
We each respond differently to the meaning behind words because the true meaning of a word is often stored in our wise being and we respond to it energetically. I was instantly attracted to the Cell Renewal because my body could feel the energy and the significance of it. When I held the bottle and tasted the product, I felt rich, like I found a gold mine in the middle of my living room! My body felt the rush of energy and the instant clarity, and the joy of knowing that I have just consumed something very HEALTHY.

Divine timing is everything. I suppose as we are entering a new phase where our survival is likely and strongly is based on relying on our inner strength and core being (and this certainly comes through in our ability to sustain our physical health allowing us to have a strong immune system) we need to be introduced to great products, supplements, vibrational remedies created with good intent to help us stay on top of things to come. I believe everything that appears in our lives have a wonderful reason behind it and they arrive at the best time. I recognize this and always count my blessings for the constant guidance given to me from the Universe; from my guides, from the many great teachers, the wise men and women I know and I have in my life. One of the reasons I decided to start this blog is to share some of the valuable information which has come my way because I CARE and most importantly I care about our overall well being and how we can achieve our best potential ~ together. Being of service (which is a strong fire in all of us) calls us to share when we discover something that can change another’s life for the good. This is called unity. It is called coming together. And trust me we will need it. The more we share, inspire and awaken; the more hope we will cultivate and inject into our future by creating a bond that will keep us strong and together.
To me, the fountain of youth is embedded in our each cell from the time of creation which by default give us the vibrant and healthy bodies to operate with. However, in order to fully benefit from the blessings of a healthy body, we also have to honor our body and look after it properly to keep to the original intent. We are giants walking this earth in our precious bodies; trying to deal with being HUMAN on the physical plane as our bodies are exposed to environmental toxicity and density on a daily basis. Our bodies, which are struggling to keep up with the light energy coming through, and they are trying to process so much, all to support our Ascension process. WE also need to help our bodies and assist this process in the form of healthy nutrition and by making conscious choices so we can operate properly and accommodate the energetic shifts already taking place.
If we don’t recognize this and expect our bodies to do it all by themselves, we are treating “them” as a separate entity, not as part of ourselves. WE are a team with all our components made up of body, mind and spirit. Being conscious and whole means to integrate our wisdom into the wisdom of our bodies and work together as a team on the way to ascension.
Sure, for most of us being a spirit would be a much easier fit, floating around without the body and doing our work from those realms where having a body is not necessity; but we have chosen this form of existence and walk this earth in a body. Our amazing bodies, which we are blessed with, our bodies which carry the universal and ancient wisdom; our bodies which work in miraculous ways; which we often take the miracle of, for granted.

Ever since I've been introduced to this advanced formula medicine I feel like I've just discovered the portal to immortality. My body is vibrating differently, literally buzzing with excitement and boundless energy.
